Glen Darby - Managing Director

Glen originally from an engineering background, has applied that wealth of knowledge to how he runs the business.

After 15 years in this industry, his aim is to constantly source the best products for customers and is a passionate believer in customer satisfaction.

Glen is also a North Worcestershire Business Ambassador. 

Mark Vale - Director of Site Operations

Mark has a 38 year wealth of knowledge in the building and glazing industry.

Starting in the glazing industry as a fabricator, moving on to an installer of windows, followed by achieving surveyor status.

If Mark can't fix it, it can't be fixed.​

Amy Darby - Operations Director

Amy joined the business 6 years ago to work alongside her father, Glen, after completing her CIPD HR qualifications.

She has worked across each role in the office during her time at Greener, and is now running most parts of the business.

You may also see her at our offices during the weekend, she just can't stay away!

Gary Thoburn - Non-Executive Sales Director

Gary comes from a 35 year background of sales. His ethos is one of problem solving, no pressure and professionalism.

He has many positive reviews from customers on our checkatrade page who love the way he works.

No job is too small for Gary to spend his time on.

Jenifer Jamison - Trade & After Sales Manager

After leaving University, Jen took the decision to take on our Trade Sales Department and subsequently became our Trade Sales Manager.

Now after 6 years of being with us, she has taken on the role of Business Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the office, brightening everyone's day with her infectious positive attitude.
