Dapper Dogs Competition Terms & Conditions
Introduction
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
If you have entered the competition in previous years and did not win, you are eligible to enter again. If you have won this competition before, you are not eligible to enter again.
The Prize
The winning prize will be a composite door up to the value of £1500 inc VAT.
The use of specific brands as prizes by Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
Installation of the prize will only take place within Greener Glazing's catchment area; Worcestershire or West Midlands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Voting
Voting will start on 1st March 2024 on Greener Glazing's website under the competition page and will finish on 31st March 2024.
Only ONE vote per person will count. If you vote more than once, it will not be counted.
If the email address you voted with is not valid or doesn't exist, the vote will not count.
If Greener Glazing believe you're purposely trying to sway the vote in your favour by providing fake email addresses, multiple email addresses of your own or other means, we will disqualify you immediately.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen by the public voting for their favourite on Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd’s website and the winner will be announced on social media and notified via the contact number and/or email address provided on 2nd April 2024.
Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 4 months for the prize to be supplied and installed depending upon supplier lead times and specification, otherwise alternative installation arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected]
If requested by Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd the winner agrees to release their first name and dog’s name to any other competition participants.
The winner's dogs name will be announced on Greener Glazing Home Improvement Ltd's website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Greener Glazing Home Improvements Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
