Our showroom at Willowbrook Garden Centre is home to a conservatory, multiple Rockdoors, a veranda, a set of french doors, a bifold and windows, both standard and flush casement. Our showroom at Nova House is home to several Rockdoors, a couple of Solidors, windows, french doors, a veranda, bifolds, a sliding patio door and a upvc door with built-in blinds. |

Greener Glazing offers survey, supply and fit. However, our sister company, Trade Windows Bromsgrove offers a supply only service for those in the trade. |

No, we have a service department who will go out to our customers if there is an issue with the products we have installed, but we don’t repair products installed by any other suppliers. |

Do you sell one window on its own or do you have to buy a whole house of windows? |

Yes, we sell as little as 1 glass unit on its own, no job is too big or too small. We don’t use high pressure sales techniques to win customers over or try to get them to buy more, we rely solely on getting to know what exactly it is you want, provide you with our best price from the start and let our reviews do the talking. |

Yes, we offer built-in blinds for products including uPVC windows, bi-folding doors, French doors and more. |

Do you sell doors or glass units with cat flaps? |

Yes, we can install these for you, although it’s important to note cat flaps can’t be cut into existing double glazed units as they have to be specially made to ensure they seal correctly. |

Our retail profile is from Deceuninck's Heritage range which is a highly energy efficient and secure product. We can also access other profiles to match existing windows and specific requirements. |

We are enjoying our 11th year in business, having started out just a small company with 3 employees in a small office in the centre of Bromsgrove, we then moved to Aston Fields Industrial Estate on Sugarbrook Road and eventually to Nova House also on Aston Fields Industrial Estate where we are today as Bromsgrove’s No. 1 Window & Door Supplier with 16 members of staff. |

Do I get a FENSA certificate after the work is completed? |

Yes, once your work is complete, we will register your job with FENSA, if required, and you will receive both your FENSA certificate and warranty backed guarantee. |

What if there is a problem after installation? |

If you have any issues, please call the office to make us aware of what the issue is, and we will send our service team out to see how we can help. If we can’t fix it there and then, we will order the parts and arrange a return call to remedy the concern. We pride ourselves on our service, including our aftercare. |
